“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.”

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein 🚲

This metaphor has stuck with me throughout my 15 years as an endurance coach. I’ve seen how keeping balance — not just in training, but in life — is the key to long-term progress, resilience, and wellbeing.

Now, as a health coach, I’m bringing that same mindset to people who want to feel strong 💪 and motivated in body and mind — especially through mid-life.
These years can feel like a tipping point ⚖️ . Suddenly, energy is low, motivation is flat, and your body isn’t doing what it used to. You’re looking ahead and wondering, is this it?

We live in a world wired for ease — e-bikes, fast food 🍔 , screens 🖥️ — and while convenience has its place, ease doesn’t build strength, confidence, or true wellbeing. Sometimes what we need is a nudge to take the harder path: to move more, eat better, sleep deeper, and make space for what matters.

That’s where coaching comes in.

If you’ve lost your momentum, I can help you get it back.

When you're ready to take ownership of your health and rebuild your energy, I’m here to support you — through the hard stuff and into the good stuff.

Let’s connect if you’re ready to restore your balance and find your motivation again. 🌟
